Pregnancy Reconstruction. Mommy Takeover. Postpartum Body Contouring. These are just a few of the terms doctors are using in lieu of “mommy makeover.” Are they more appropriate, do you think? Less cutesy? Arguably empowering? Tolerable, at least?

In Theo of Golden, the author, Allen Levi, uses the phrase “thorough, well funded reclamation” to describe the fictional town’s most recent revival. Reading his words, with this post in mind, I thought, Huh, how fitting. Though, perhaps a little clunky for promotional purposes. It doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue now, does it?
