Several doctors reached out following my post on facial fat grafting, confirming the dramatic uptick in demand for the procedure, which they expect to intensify in 2026. NYC plastic surgeon Ira Savetsky, MD, says his office received at least 100 inquiries after his recent post on nanofat.
The key to a relatively predictable and complication-free outcome is, of course, an experienced surgeon—someone who takes a conservative approach and has a keen aesthetic eye—because, as Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Faryan Jalalabadi, MD, notes, “fat is not the same in every surgeon’s hands.”
